**Resumo** da Função**:
- Suporte ao cliente para cotações e cordenação de resposta para diferentes solicitações
- Apoio a equipe de Vendas na elaboração de propostas
- Gerenciamento e processamento de ordens de compra
- Interface com o time de Supply Chain e Engenharia para cordenação de envio de materiais e atendimento as requições dos clientes
- Coordenar serviços/materiais recebidos junto a outros departamentos para retorno de materiais em reparos ou entradas de estoque
- Quando necessário, realização de inserção de dados do cliente no sistema, autorização de devoluções, registros de treinamento, pedidos de vendas e apoio a emissão de faturas em tempo hábil. Os processos possuem foco na eliminação de erros usando metas e objetivos como matriz de desempenho exigido
- Ampla camunicação á contatos de diferentes regiões do Brasil, América Latina e fábricas localizadas na América do Norte e Europa
- Conclusão de processos em tempo habíl medidos por padrão de qualidade e KPIs
- Utilização do sistema de gerenciamento SAP e Sales Force
**Atividades de Estágio**
(dividida em 4 partes - atividades diferentes ou acrescimo de atividades a cada 6 meses)
6 meses - Introdução ao sistema SAP e Sales Force
1 ano - Gerenciamento de ordens de compra
1,5 ano - Atendimento a regiões no exterior
2 anos - final do estágio
**Qualificações/Requisitos**:
Graduação em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou Engenharias
Inglês Avançado/Fluente
Residir em Campinas ou Região Metropolitana
**Características Desejadas**:
Pacote Office completo
Conhecimento em SAP (diferencial)
Espanhol Intermediário
Experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente (diferencial)
Soft skills: Pró ativo, boa comunicação, organizado, trabalho em equipe, espírito de melhoria contínua
