Como Head of Growth, você será protagonista na nossa jornada de expansão, liderando iniciativas estratégicas que definirão nosso crescimento.

Suas Principais Missões

  1. Arquitetar o Crescimento: Liderar a estratégia de expansão, estabelecendo métricas claras e conquistando resultados exponenciais
  2. Liderar com Dados: Implementar uma cultura data-driven, utilizando analytics para otimizar decisões e maximizar ROI
  3. Construir Times: Formar e desenvolver uma equipe de alta performance em growth
  4. Otimizar Conversões: Aperfeiçoar cada etapa do funil, da aquisição à monetização
  5. Inovar Constantemente: Estabelecer processos de experimentação sistemática e scaling de sucessos
