Team Overview We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Jr. Manager to launch and lead a brand-new Strategic Partnerships area at 99Food. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we build and grow relationships with key partners, driving significant business expansion. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of these partnerships, from initial strategy and acquisition to ongoing engagement and optimization, all while contributing to our broader market growth. If you're a natural relationship-builder with a strategic mind and a drive to make a big impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you Role Responsibilities Managing the Acquisition and Engagement strategy with our Partners Managing Sales Targets, to guarantee achievements Defining Sales Strategic Planning Establishing and strengthening solid relationships across various areas Analyzing data to better define action plans in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors Continuous Improving processes and routines Ensuring successful business expansion Supporting New Line of Business Role Qualifications Strong communication, sales and management skills 5+ years of experience in a leadership position on Sales (B2B) - Seniority will be evaluated in the selection process: emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, decision making, result driven, problem solving and organization Fluent English Advanced Excel & Power Point skills Engineering/Economy/Business Administration - Flexibility in marketplaces where forming partnerships with external clients and offering services to users is necessary EEO Statement We create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
