Descrição Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets; Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and collaboration; Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's customer base; Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and improve strategies; Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives; Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management; Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
