Senior Category Development Manager

Job Description As a key connector between Local Product Strategy and Local Marketplace Execution, you will be responsible for ensuring that Sports categories strategies and seasonal concepts are flawlessly translated into impactful product assortments and consumer experiences in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities Own the seasonal CTC planning process for the Sports category, ensuring alignment between Global and Market. Manage local projects as part of a Project Management Office (PMO). Translate global Training strategies into locally relevant assortments, stories, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with Merchandising to build consumer-focused, channel-appropriate product ranges. Partner with Brand Activation to define and brief impactful storytelling moments across the consumer journey. Drive post-season analysis to optimize future strategies and product performance. Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across all consumer touchpoints, both digital and physical. Key Relationships Global Brand Sports CTC Teams. Local Marketing and Brand Activation teams. PMO Soucing Local Creation projects. Sales and Key Account Managers. Merchandising teams. DTC Retail and E-commerce teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Deep understanding of the Training/Running consumer and cultural relevance. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset with analytical and commercial acumen. Experience in sports/fashion industry preferred. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
