**Team description**:
The Partner Readiness - Cloud LoB organization enables Partners to self-sufficiency to sell, deliver, and extend SAP innovations through scalable enablement contents and selective coaching programs by solution experts.
**We are looking for highly motivated innovation and technology experts, results driven, passionate with partnerships and with good collaboration & communication skills.**
You will be part of a global team working with modern cloud technology, across multiple LoBs and regions, that is highly collaborative, and dedicated to making the ecosystem successful.
**Position description**:
Human Experience Management (HXM) pushes HR processes and decisions to go beyond simply facilitating transactions to truly reinventing employee experiences in ways that accelerate business growth. HXM is not about making incremental improvements; it is about redefining HR technology as we know it and going beyond the limits of traditional HCM platforms.
Accelerating HXM adoption and growth is a strategic priority for SAP and relevant for many SAP partners worldwide.
We need to strengthen our existing team with a highly skilled, partner facing colleague, to execute partner readiness initiatives around HXM in the region Latin America.
The team responsibilities include
- Plan and execute partner readiness initiatives with the region & partner teams. This includes
- collaboration with global teams, e.g. PES LoB, PDM, PXD and regional PES stakeholders, e.g. LAC Channel Management and PBMs
- engagement with the partners to recommend the suitable coaching program, which requires an understanding of coaching options and assessment of the partners capabilities and needs
- supporting focused regional partners across all customer segments (mid-market and large enterprise), partner types (resell/VAR, services/SI), partner roles (sales, presales, delivery)
- Execute the piloting and rollout of specific hands-on training and coaching offering with partners. The role will act as trusted advisor and expert, guiding the partners to self-sufficiency. This may cover all services from the HXM portfolio incl. SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite, SAP Work Zone for HR, SAP Litmos, SAP Sales Performance Management
- Grow and evolve the training curriculum for partners in collaboration with various teams like BTP & Platform as well as Partner Content Learning.
SUCCESS CRITERIA
- Successful Execution of a global persona-based enablement strategy in the region
- Driving regional coaching programs for partners as well as cross-LoB initiatives
- Strong cross-team coordination and support BTP & Platform as well as Partner Content Learning teams
- Accelerate HXM consumption at indirect customers
- Greater self-sufficiency of partners and overall higher quality of the partner ecosystem
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years working experience in the software industry
- 3+ years in a partner facing role (Partner Management, Sales, Presales, Business Development)
- Very strong (3+ years) SAP SuccessFactors in-depth product knowledge and expertise**_ is mandatory _**(preferably Consulting, Presales, Specialized Sales background or comparable)
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Planning and execution experience in driving enablement and readiness initiatives for partners
- High energy bringing innovative ideas to the team and championing best practices (also cross team and cross LoB)
- Expected Travel: 15-30%
- Spanish and English: Fluent | Portuguese: desirable
