About Us We are a global online fashion retailer offering affordable prices through our on-demand production methodology. The Role: This position is responsible for maintaining relationships between sellers and the company, driving sales and growth. The Account Manager team collaborates with sellers to improve sales and number of orders. Improve sales and number of orders for managed sellers by establishing strong relationships and monitoring sales and operations. Establish and maintain good relationships with sellers, providing valuable insights and guidance on sales and operations. Assist sellers in selecting SKUs for campaigns and promotions. Prepare reports and provide information about assisted sellers to category managers. Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to stay ahead in the fashion industry. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher. Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass key performance indicators. Experience in managing marketplace partners. Logical and problem-oriented thinking skills. Good analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Mastery of Microsoft Excel. Advanced/Fluent English is an asset. Advanced/Fluent Mandarin/Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese is required.
