- Lead and manage a team of Sales Support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Supervise and coach direct reports while maintaining employee documentation and conducting annual reviews
- Process time cards, manage PTO, and oversee training material updates
- Handle escalated issues and manage email inquiries related to direct and broker sales opportunities
- Perform Salesforce User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor Salesforce reports for accuracy
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge in sales and marketing
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in telephone sales or insurance sales
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to persuade and reconcile differences
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with brokers and key clients
- Familiarity with principles and methods for promoting and selling products and services
- Strong active listening skills and effective communication skills, including business presentation abilities
- Deductive and inductive reasoning abilities to solve problems and form conclusions
