Job Summary The International Sales Marketing Director will lead our global sales efforts, fostering strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business acumen to navigate complex international markets and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support sales initiatives and drive business results. Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and provide actionable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, resulting in increased revenue and market share. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research, perform statistical analysis, and submit market analysis reports. Organize exhibitions, meetings, seminars, and product promotion events. Arrange customer visits, reception, and business development negotiations. Implement customer information collection, maintenance, and management. Secure market access qualifications and coordinate international sales of optical cables. Break down company targets into monthly KPIs for each team member. Develop and monitor department budgets, communicate with competitors, and collect competitor information. Ensure timely account receivable collection and formulate measures for receivables management. Develop and grow the marketing team, optimize team structure, and enhance professionalism. Strengthen external liaison and coordination with overseas government entities, industry associations, and institutions. Maintain familiarity with national contract law, customs regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Requirements: Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in international markets. Strong understanding of global sales strategies, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
