What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as a strategic advisor by analyzing sales strategies and operations to enhance productivity
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to address client needs
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for increasing sales effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the consulting or services industries
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft/O365 Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience as a Sales Lead/Consultant or Business Development leader is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of success in Sales and Business Development roles
  • Ability to leverage existing connections to generate new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interest in providing creative sales solutions and problem-solving
