About The Role End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team. Analysis and documentation of each country’s control framework and payroll processing guidance. Ad hoc project support. Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Perform reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls. Stay up to date with local payroll regulations. Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities. Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability. Attend to all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basis. Candidate Profile At least 3 years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries. Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system. Experience in working with manual processes undergoing automation transformation. Process documentation and control framework building/writing. Ability to take ownership of payroll processes; Problem solving mindset & positive attitude; Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Excellent language communications skills in English and Portuguese. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas). Why Ebury?
