We’re seeking a resilient and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our multicultural LATAM Payroll Team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple countries while fostering collaboration across regions. Beyond technical expertise, we value ownership, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil & SSL countries.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with local statutory legislation and internal controls.
  • Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee timely payments of social security, taxes, and other statutory deductions.
  • Collaborate with local vendors, HR teams, and regional stakeholders to validate payroll data.
  • Address internal/external payroll inquiries and deliver reports within deadlines.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Must-Have
  • 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Brazil; expertise in SSL countries is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-country payroll operations and third-party providers.
Nice-to-Have
  • Background in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and policies.
Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity is not a vision of the future or something we wish to have one day, it is a non-negotiable value of who we are. We practice inclusion, plurality, and respect, and we count on the governance of the Diversity Committee, which works with HR, leadership and identity groups. This position is open to everyone, including pregnant people and people with disabilities (PwD).
