**Account Executive**Port of Spain, TT**The Role**We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team here in PORT OF SPAIN. This person will be supporting a global brand that is a leader in its category, and is creating breakthrough, award-winning marketing. You will be essential to the continued success of creative communications that are highly strategic and impact the future of this particular account.We are in need of someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team, and to support the larger team in creating revolutionary creative work.**The Team**The Account Management team here at McCann POS pride themselves on being relentless in converting opportunities for our clients, our agency and our community. We are curious, strategic and creative with a never ending passion to do amazing work.**What you will do**- Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects- Develop, maintain and/or review weekly and monthly status reports and cultural and competitive audits- Support a highly strategically oriented account, working in upstream product development and marketing initiatives.- Manage various elements of light production across the traditional, digital, and/or social spaces- Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas throughout the organization, as well as with your agency counterparts**Who you will be**- Bachelor’s degree in related field required- 2-3 years of experience in advertising or related disciplines- Thrive in a fast-paced environment- Part of a tight team - supporting and inspiring one another**The Company**McCann Port of Spain is a subsidiary of McCann Worldwide, one of the world's largest advertising agency networks with operations in over 120 countries.
