We seek a senior leader to guide engineers and shape cutting-edge platforms.Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance conversational AI solutions, integrating natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning for exceptional user experiences.- Lead the development of chatbots and voice initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.- Architect scalable systems handling real-time interactions and various channels of communication.- Guide and mentor engineers, promoting best practices and innovation in software development.- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality products.Requirements- Experience as technical lead or engineering manager of a software development team.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Solid experience in software development, focusing on AI and conversational solutions.- Expertise in programming languages such as Low Code, NodeJS, JavaScript, Golang, or other microservices languages.- Experience with NLP technologies and frameworks (e.G., Rasa, Dialogflow).- Strong understanding of microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving collaborative projects.Why Join Us?We value diversity and inclusion, providing benefits like health insurance, flexible work environment, retirement savings plans, and more.
