Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance conversational AI solutions, integrating natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning for exceptional user experiences. Lead the development of chatbots and voice initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Architect scalable systems handling real-time interactions and various channels of communication. Guide and mentor engineers, promoting best practices and innovation in software development. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality products. Requirements Experience as technical lead or engineering manager of a software development team. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Solid experience in software development, focusing on AI and conversational solutions. Expertise in programming languages such as Low Code, NodeJS, JavaScript, Golang, or other microservices languages. Experience with NLP technologies and frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow). Strong understanding of microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving collaborative projects. Why Join Us?
