We are on the lookout for a Strategic Partners Manager to join our revenue team.
Our Revenue team is a highly focused team driving revenue on the Games Global suite of products. The Partnership Team builds and maintains strong customer relationships, developing accounts across our wide portfolio of gaming operators. This is done through strategic partnership management, upselling products and maximising revenue from each customer for the business.
This role is responsible for the generation of increased revenue across the company customer base. This includes working with a wide variety of internal stakeholders in order to maximize revenues from strategic partners. The role also exists to continually review business development opportunities and manage strategic parnters in the most effective way possible. The position requires an excellent understanding of the e-gaming industry, relevant markets, competitors and customers. Effective customer management experience (ideally gained within the gaming industry) and excellent team management capabilities are prerequisites for the role.

**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise closely with the Games Team to ensure content is optimised across the customer base in an orderly and timely fashion. This must be done in a way that maximises revenue for Games Global and aligns with the partners’ game launch strategies
- Manage a small number of key strategic operators, increasing revenue within the portfolio and maintaining strong relationships
- Accountable for key operator performance as well as delivering and exceeding personal targets
- Monitor target progress, evaluate gaps, put strategies in place to ensure deadlines are met and keep internal stakeholders updated
- Promotes and champions company values across all departments that the role interacts with
- Solid understanding of commercial implications to support team with negotiations and ROI
- ROI positive, with a deep understanding of our customers businesses and industry as a whole
- Define strategic levers at operator level, market and group level
- Support the team to identify and prioritise strategic levers
- Provide support to HoP through management of assigned projects, team training and ensuring team targets align with strategic direction
- Track and feedback on strategy progress to HoP
- Educate internal stakeholders on product development direction
- Analyse market intelligence and carry out business development
- Actively forecast and manage key account metrics
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key contacts, including strategic partners and exec level contacts
- Develop relationships across operator functions such as marketing and product teams
- Hold strategic meetings with operators to review and update on project delivery
- Ensure partners receives the best possible service at every stage of their lifetime with Games Global
