Now, we're looking for a **Business Development & Partnerships Manager**to join us on the journey.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Representing Scaleo at top industry events across Europe — London, Malta, Barcelona, Rome etc.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential partners and clients that lead to closing new deals.
- Using your voice and presence on social media to grow our brand and your own influence.
- Helping clients see the value in our platform.
- Working hands-on with prospects and partners to solve real challenges - not just sending them to a demo call.
**Who you are**:
- You're more of a problem-solver than a traditional salesperson.
- You love networking, social selling, and the idea of becoming a visible brand ambassador in the affiliate marketing world.
- You're confident, proactive, and not afraid to speak at events or on panels (or want to grow into that).
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You're curious, fast-learning, and eager to build something meaningful.
- You believe that sales is about value, not pressure.
