- Responsible for architecting verification environment for ASIC SoCs and IP's
- Responsible for development of complex self checking test benches with constraint random stimulus generation.
- Contribute to methodology development activities.
- Responsible for successful delivery of projects to customers
- Handling and addressing escalation from Clients with timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Work with Sales team to expand business with the current Client and open new accounts.
Job Complexity
- Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
- Leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
- Monitoring individual Lead's performance and guide / mentor them with respect to managing the team
- Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
Experience / Education and Technical Skills
- Qualification:B.E., B.TECH, M.E. M. TECH in electrical /electronics or equivalent
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of standard ASIC verification techniques, including Test planning,Testbench creation, Code and Functional coverage, Directed and random stimulus generation Assertions
- Should have experience of handling a team of 30 and above members
- Very good understanding of verification methodologies. Proficient in object oriented programming.
- Hands on experience with implementing constraint random verification methodology.
