**Location**: Full remote work
**Contract**: full time employer of record (EOR) contract, for a rental car company in Portugal
**Schedule**:
The work is done in shifts from Monday to Sunday divided as this:
- Day shift 08:00 - 20:00 (2h break);
- Afternoon shift 12:00 - 24:00 (2h break);
- Night shift 16:00 - 04:00 (2h break).

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide phone support to customers during their car rental;
- Resolving customer complaints and challenges, redirecting the situation to the head of the department or to other departments when necessary;
- Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram);
- Review Hunter - searching and responding to comments or reviews posted online.
**Requirements**:
- No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage;
- Portuguese and English at advanced level (written and spoken);
- You enjoy interacting with customers, even the difficult ones;
- You are self-motivated, you get over a failure quickly, you just learn the lesson;
- You have a high sense of responsibility.
