This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership and strategic skills to implement and manage customer care strategies on location level. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously optimizing customer service to provide excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Care Location organization
- Ensure the implementation of a customer care strategy in location through close cooperation with Branch management and operations Sea Logistics manager
- Actively manage interfaces and information/knowledge exchange to foster continuous improvement
- Focus on customer retention engagement for Sea Logistics
- Exceptional leadership and strategic skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
