ModSquad has teamed up with a global music streaming powerhouse, and we’re on the hunt for upbeat, bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our fully remote squad
If you're fluent in Portuguese and English, love helping people, and enjoy a great playlist while working, this gig might just be music to your ears.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the friendly voice behind the screen - supporting customers via inbound messages, guiding them through the platform, solving technical mysteries, and making sure every interaction leaves them smiling (and maybe humming a tune).
Key Details (All in Pacific Time):
Orientation:
- 40 hours/week for 8 weeks
- Phase 1: 4 AM - 1 PM (first 4 weeks)
Production Hours:
- Open 24/7 - you pick your schedule within this window
Commitments:
- 25 hours/week
- Minimum of 12 weekend hours (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- 180-day project commitment

Who You Are:
- You’ve got a talent for turning problems into solutions with style
- You shine in customer support - especially through chat/inbound messaging
- You can juggle multiple conversations (3-5 chats at once? No sweat)
- You’re fluent in Portuguese and English at a professional level
- You care about making every customer feel heard, helped, and happy
Workspace Requirements:
- A dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 10+
- A stable internet connection (25 Mbps or faster)
- 8 GB RAM (or better)
- A webcam and a smartphone with camera
- Willing to install ModSquad’s security software + 2FA app
- Dual monitors highly recommended (multitasking magic)
Heads up: To keep things pitch-perfect, all qualified applicants will need to complete language assessments in Portuguese and English
Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
