Associate Director of Development, College of Business BRL 362.000 - 441.000 Associate Director of Development, College of Business Overview: Join a dynamic university community where innovation meets tradition As Associate Director of Development for the College of Business, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing Lehigh's mission while building meaningful relationships that create lasting impact. Position Number: S85530 This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270 - $80,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Develop relationships for the university with donors and prospective donors to secure financial support for university priorities Qualify donor prospects (assess capacity, project interests, and inclination) Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of assigned prospects to secure financial support for university priorities Plans, coordinates, and administers a comprehensive development program for a geographical region or constituent/project group (college, parents, athletics, international, etc.) as assigned Develop annual fundraising plans, identify potential donors, and assess feasibility on projects Serve as project manager to track fundraising progress, monitor pipeline, LYBUNT, SYBUNT, and new prospect activity Document activity with donors in timely manner (within 30 days) Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience Three to five years of related work experience Proven track record in major gift solicitation and closure Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting relationships Strategic thinking and project management capabilities Proficiency in donor database management and CRM systems At Lehigh, we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where every team member thrives.
