Energy Management Systems Specialist We are seeking an experienced Energy Management Systems (EMS) specialist to join our team. Implement, configure and maintain EMS platforms for real-time monitoring and control of generation units and transmission assets. Support generation control, frequency and voltage regulation through EMS functionalities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EMS software in generation and transmission environments. Act as a liaison between clients and the EMS development team to ensure EMS customizations/applications align with technical specifications. Provide technical support and training to operational and engineering teams. Validate EMS data models. Collaborate with SCADA system teams for proper integration. Adjust network and generation applications in real-time. Create valid DTS (Dispatcher Training Simulator) models and test DTS events with customers. Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for optimizing generation dispatch, transmission flows and system efficiency. Support project teams by assisting with troubleshooting, application data modeling and implementing effective solutions. Maintain and organize project documentation, including technical reports and drawings. This role requires experience in EMS platforms, strong understanding of transmission/generation system operations and fluency in English. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation or related field and strong organizational skills.
