Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time remote position, with a specific focus on cold calling. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our inside sales activities and lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to drive sales. This role requires effective communication with clients and close collaboration with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential clients Initiate contact and build relationships with prospective clients Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products / services Nurture leads through follow-ups and relationship-building activities Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Compensation Our compensation structure is designed to reward both consistent effort and exceptional performance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive: Base Salary: $300 per month Commission: 15% of Revenue Generated. Performance Fee: $10-25 per qualified sales call generated Expected Salary: $2000 per month This structure ensures that you have a stable base income while also providing the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your success in generating qualified leads. Additional Information This job opportunity includes detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) that cover any questions or details needed to successfully book qualified calls at scale. These SOPs provide comprehensive guidance to ensure your success.
