O que você vai fazer
Como SDR, seu papel será abrir portas e iniciar relacionamentos com síndicos e empresas do ecossistema condominial, entendendo dores e gerando oportunidades qualificadas para o time de vendas.
Principais responsabilidades
- Prospectar ativamente leads (outbound) e nutrir leads recebidos (inbound)
- Realizar cold calls, mensagens via WhatsApp e e-mails de abordagem
- Entender perfil, dores e momento de cada lead
- Qualificar leads com base em critérios definidos (BANT, SPIN ou similares)
- Agendar reuniões para os especialistas do time de vendas
- Atualizar informações no CRM (Pipedrive) e seguir os processos comerciais
- Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing e Vendas para otimizar a jornada do cliente
Requisitos e habilidades
- Excelente comunicação oral e escrita
- Resiliência, organização e foco em metas
- Capacidade de ouvir e investigar problemas com empatia
- Vontade de aprender sobre crédito, finanças e mercado condominial
- Experiência anterior com pré-vendas ou atendimento comercial é diferencial
Diferenciais
- Vivência com CRMs (ex.: Pipedrive, HubSpot)
- Conhecimento de metodologias de vendas (SPIN, GPCT, Receita Previsível)
- Ter trabalhado com fintechs, crédito PJ ou soluções para condomínios
- Familiaridade com rotinas de prospecção via WhatsApp e ligações
