Business Development Representative (BDR) - 10397 Company Description Lead Generation Hub (LGH) is a specialized partner in building high-value business relationships and delivering impactful lead generation strategies. Our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) excels at securing meaningful meetings with key decision-makers using advanced tactics inspired by intelligence-gathering and military strategies. Unlike traditional lead generation companies, LGH focuses on actionable insights and expertly curated connections that drive tangible results. We prioritize genuine relationship-building and a results‑driven approach, rejecting gimmicks or low-value strategies. When you collaborate with LGH, you gain not just leads but a purposeful and high‑performing business pipeline. Role Description This is a full‑time or part‑time remote position for a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meaningful meetings with decision‑makers. Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients. Build and nurture relationships with prospects. Utilize innovative methods and tools to generate high‑quality leads. Qualify leads and schedule meaningful meetings with decision‑makers. Drive business growth through strategic lead nurturing and pipeline development. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques, with a results‑oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and use creative strategies to engage prospects. Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying high‑value leads. Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools. Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus. Nice to Have • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous. Core Qualifications Can you walk into a bar or social event and talk to anyone? Can you pick up a conversation with anyone, and not know much about them? Can you cold call with data to back you up, “warm call”? Do you have conversational English? Interview Steps Interview with a recruiter in LGH. Interview with 2-3 people (at one time) LGH Leadership. Maybe speak to a sales psychologist. Take a PAID practical $7.00USD per hour (2.5 hours for most). Final Evaluation. When you are in, you will have access to LGH clients and will always have an awesome job. #J-18808-Ljbffr
