About Us We aim to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion by developing strategic digital accounts. Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager who can operate independently, nurture and grow digital client relationships, and provide data-driven insights to drive results. Main Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of our digital ecosystem and create value for clients. Manage client portfolios effectively, ensuring they receive the necessary support proactively. Growth and retention: identify upsell opportunities, expand contracts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction. Problem-solving: handle crises efficiently and effectively. Performance tracking and reporting: provide actionable insights and recommend actions based on real evidence. Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams to keep campaigns on track. About You You should be a seasoned account professional with experience in data analysis, customer behavior understanding, and suggesting appropriate actions. A self-starter with strong time management skills and proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and remote work software.
