**Introduction to the Job**
We are looking for an experienced buyer who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro.
**Job description**:
- Manage the HSE Management System of a large EPCI Project with a strong interface with the client, suppliers, sub contractors, legal authorities and the TFMC´s stakeholders.
- Manage all HSE activities covering the Project lifecycle by an HSE Plan: Qualification and monitoring of Suppliers, Client requirements, mobilization of Assets (vessels, Logistic base, etc) and Project execution phases.
- Manage the HSE team, regarding the performance of activities, in order to enable them to fully develop their attributions; Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team, providing feedback and intervening whenever necessary in search of improvement and excellence in performance/results.
- Location: Eco Sapucai - Rio de Janeiro
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Degree in engineering or architecture;
- Postgraduate degree in safety at work;
- Desirable postgraduate degree in environment
- Experience in EPCI projects
- Offshore experience
- Desirable knowledge in projects with Petrobras
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001
- Auditing experience
- knowledge of HSE processes;
- Desirable knowledge methodology TOP SET;
- Desirable experience in Database / HSE data management tool (Non-conformities, Incidents, Proactive and Reactive Indicators);
- Advanced English.
