**Responsibilities**:
**What will you work on**:
This position is responsible for the design and execution of the creative excellence pillar that will boost the internal creative capabilities that will lead us to the global goal of being the marketer of the year at the Cannes Lions. Also, this role plays an important role in the content strategy to engage with the new generations, which will help us to stay relevant as a brand.
- Develop and implement the creative excellence strategy to evolve our internal creative capabilities.
- Support the implementation of the Content Evolution Strategy in partnership with internal teams.
- Co-develop with the management the different editorial content pilots and deploy the playbook for all the OU´s.
- Support the Content Strategy through the different entry points of our brands.
- Support the implementation of the Peplabs pilots across all OU´s.
- Create editorial and visual of the BCC Newsletter
- Oversee the division budget.
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- +4 years experience in capabilities and content marketing.
- Ability to create, track and manage timelines effectively.
- Lead meetings with different stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and no verbal communication skills in order to communicate ideas and present concepts
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary teams
- Data sensitive and purpose driven
- 100% bilingual (English & Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus)
