Amazon is looking for new Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Description

Are you looking for a challenging career? Are you adaptable, curious, and persistent to achieve great results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Your role will focus on contributing to new merchant acquisition through hunting, specifically phone/email-based prospecting and recruiting merchants who can offer a competitive range of products, pricing, and availability on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to manage their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
  • Understand category specifics to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor your pitch and advice.
  • Track and report development results, analyze reports, and interpret data for your merchant portfolio.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve KPIs in a target-driven environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in internet, e-commerce, and retail companies is preferable.
