PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES/ ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Atender Clientes para identificar dúvidas ou problemas sobre o serviço e direcionar a demanda para os respectivos setores responsáveis

  • Elaborar relatórios sobre as atividades mensais do setor

  • Participar de projetos de melhoria do SAC

  • Atuar ativamente com o time de atendimento

  • Receber dúvidas, elogios, sugestões e reclamações de clientes, promovendo um atendimento que leve a satisfação e relação com o cliente.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino médio completo,

  • Tecnólogo em áreas correlatas será um diferencial

  • Experiência anterior na função

  • Experiência em Logística

  • Excel intermediário, informática básica.
