IT Risk and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a skilled IT risk and compliance professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management processes, business enabling through IT, and risk & audit skills.

The successful candidate will contribute to the Business Risk and Audit - IT focus team, performing and assisting internal audit projects and internal control evaluations related to digital processes. They will also provide coaching and development for team members with respect to IT general controls, application controls, and other technical expertise's required within Risk & Audit.

The role involves participating in risk assessments, conducting IT controls/process audits, leading and executing audits, supporting combined comfort analyses, and acting as a resource for colleagues with less expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing and assisting internal audit projects and internal control evaluations related to digital processes.
  • Providing coaching and development for team members with respect to IT general controls, application controls, and other technical expertise's required within Risk & Audit.
  • Participating in risk assessments and conducting IT controls/process audits.
  • Leading and executing audits, including physical security, ethical hacking, and technical validation of controls on multiple OSI layers.
  • Supporting combined comfort analyses on maturity of IT general controls relevant domains.
  • Acting as a resource for colleagues with less expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT risk and audit.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or economics.
  • Qualification as IT auditor (e.g., CISA, RE, or equivalent).

  • Candidate must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time, as part of the job.

Languages:
