Estamos em busca de um Executivo de Vendas (ADS), com perfil hunter–farmer para acelerar receita em mídia digital (retail media). Você cuidará da gestão de carteira com foco em upsell/cross-sell e fará prospecção ativa de novos anunciantes, atuando com Marketing, Ad Ops e BI para entregar valor e resultado. Responsabilidades e atribuições: Gerir carteira de clientes : planejamento, QBRs, renovações, upsell e cross-sell com pacotes e novos formatos; Prospecção ativa (cold email, social selling, indicações, eventos), mapeando decisores (marketing, mídia, e-commerce); Conduzir descoberta consultiva, diagnóstico de problemas e construção de propostas de valor e planos de mídia; Negociar condições comerciais, prazos e SLAs; controlar pipeline e previsão de vendas (forecast) com disciplina e assertividade; Briefar e orquestrar entrega com Ad Ops/Criação/BI, acompanhando implementação, métricas e otimização; Reportar KPIs e insights acionáveis; preparar aprendizados ecasos para próxima rodada/renovação. Requisitos e qualificações: Vivência em vendas B2B ou desenvolvimento de negócios (mídia digital, adtech, martech, retail media, e-commerce); Alfabetização digitalem métricas de mídia (impressões, CTR, CPM, alcance/frequência), noções de brand lift e tráfego; Conforto com Excel/Google Sheets, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive) e apresentações (Slides/PowerPoint); Comunicaçãoescrita e verbal clara; organização e gestão deprioridades; resiliência em metas; Português fluente; inglês intermediário (para materiais e benchmarks); Experiênciacom discovery estruturado, mapeamento de stakeholders e compras via agências (Diferencial); Vivência com LGPD aplicada a CRM/ativação (Diferencial).
