
VIP Account Manager

As a VIP Account Manager , based at our premises in Sao Paolo, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events.
- Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Gambling industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of CRM tools.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Fluency in English.
- How would you rate your English level? Basic, Intermediate, Advanced
