Descrição do CargoFaça a diferença na nova economia e transforme pessoas e negócios para prosperarem.O Media Director será uma liderança executiva de mídia, responsável por gerenciar as equipes de trabalho, estruturando times junto às gerências para garantir a fluidez da operação, alocando as pessoas de forma assertiva. Monitorará a saúde financeira do time e assegurará a satisfação dos clientes em relação às entregas, além de ser representante e porta-voz da empresa em ocasiões internas ou externas.A posição é para atuar de forma hibrida, 2 a 3 vezes na semana de forma presencial na nossa sede em São Paulo.Responsabilidades PrincipaisNo time de Mídia você terá o desafio de:
Garantir o funcionamento da operação de mídia para o cliente, bem como o atingimento dos resultados, atuando como liderança executiva, de forma estratégica e com visão de negócios.Atuar no relacionamento com parceiros e clientes da Cadastra, por meio de presenças em eventos, reuniões e prospecções de novos negócios, bem como em renegociações, visando atingir ou superar metas financeiras.Buscar melhoria de desempenho em gestão de pessoas, melhorias nos processos, inovações e tendências de mercado, para otimizar tempo de operação bem como melhorar a qualidade das entregas.Requisitos e HabilidadesO que a Cadastra espera de você:
Conhecimento generalista e estratégico em Mídia Online;
Conhecimento domercado de mídia;
Capacidade de inspirar e motivar o time a atingir metas e objetivos;
Capacidade de delegar tarefas;
Oferecer feedbacks contínuos para melhorar o desempenho dos seus liderados diretos;
Habilidade avançada de criar e identificar oportunidades de negócios no mercado e nos clientes da Cadastra;
Capacidade de estabelecer metas, resultados e relacionamento com clientes;
Influenciar times na implementação das mudanças necessárias, seja em processos internos, adoção de novas tecnologias ou entrada em novos mercados;
Promover uma cultura deinovação, incentivando a equipe a propor e testar novas ideias;
