Morgan’s Cleaning — a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company — is looking for a results-driven, organized, and people-focused Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team. We’re seeking someone with experience in sales, customer service, and administration who can design and execute effective sales strategies , close deals , and build lasting client relationships that lead to recurring services. ABOUT THE ROLE As our Virtual Assistant – Sales (Outbound) & Customer Service , you will play a key role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. Company: Morgan's Cleaning Location: Remote (work from anywhere) company in the USA Status: Independent Contractor Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time (ET) ≈ 40 hours/week Your main responsibilities will include: Reaching out to new leads through calls, emails, and messages (outbound follow-ups). Converting leads into booked cleanings and managing the closing process. Presenting cleaning packages (One-Time, Monthly, Biweekly, Weekly) and encouraging clients to schedule recurring cleanings . Developing and implementing B2C sales strategies to improve conversion and retention. Handling post-cleaning follow-ups, requesting reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing schedules, maintaining sale logs updates, and coordinating with the operation management and team. Providing warm, professional, and solution-oriented customer support. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or administrative support . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus). Strong organizational, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. WHAT WE OFFER 100% remote position.
