Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in São Paulo, Brazil, for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team with day-to-day operations including managing customer inquiries, maintaining organized sales records, assisting with communication and correspondence, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support sales strategy implementation and fostering strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and excellent customer service abilities
- Sales experience and the ability to maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and basic office software
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in international trade, import/export, or logistics is advantageous
