Context

Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

Mission

Provide comprehensive administrative support across financial, human resources, office management, and commercial areas, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role focuses on directly assisting the Office Manager and HR Admin in executing complex routines, maintaining organization, and supporting Cash Collection and Sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Support for Financial Administration & Control

  • Assist with Cash Collection efforts in Brazil by executing routine follow-up with clients on pending payments and processing communication related to overdue invoices.

Commercial Assistance

  • Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Brazilian and US sales team and execute administrative follow-up of sales processes;
  • Help prepare and organize essential commercial documents (e.g., proposals and contracts).
You're a great match if
  • You're highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • You're based in São Paulo;
  • You speak Portuguese (native) & English (fluent);
  • You have proficiency in Excel and CRM (Salesforce, ideally) and comfortable working with data;
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable team player who can work both independently and collaboratively.
