Market Research and Business Insights Senior Specialist Apply for the Market Research and Business Insights Senior Specialist role at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine . Location: São Paulo, Brazil . We are searching for the best talent to support our business in Latin America by providing valuable business insights. This role will involve planning, performing, monitoring, and analyzing various market research projects, carrying out diverse business insights activities to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive central initiatives. Key Responsibilities Generate business knowledge through in-depth analysis of data from market audits and primary market research studies. Provide answers to business questions, becoming a consultant and guide for internal clients. Promote data literacy and use of analytical tools across business teams, encouraging data‑based decision making and self‑service culture. Develop analyses and market forecasts supporting internal customers throughout annual strategic business processes. Plan and implement primary market research studies, including methodological design, supplier selection, questionnaire design, fieldwork follow‑up, analysis, and communication of results. Manage administrative processes related to MRBI projects (budget monitoring, billing, supplier registration, contracting, due diligence, quality reviews). Collaborate with other MRBI specialists in the region on data analysis projects, market research, and learning plans across therapeutic areas. Required Skills Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Self‑management and interpersonal skills. Numerical/statistical skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical audits (e.g., IQVIA). Excel management proficiency. Market research techniques knowledge. Attention to detail with a big‑picture perspective. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Management, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Applied Math, International Trade, Social Studies, etc.). Advanced English language ability (conversation, reading, writing). At least 4 years of experience in Market Research, Business Insights, or commercial excellence.
