In this position you will be part of the Life Science business. It means you are going to help to make the Digitalization on the business of helping scientists to change the world.
Our job is to help the Customer (B2B environment) in the best way possible to understand and buy better our portfolio of more than 300 thousand products. For example, as a global life science supplier, we are here to help in the response to COVID-19. From supplying raw materials and research products for detection and characterization to production, we've consolidated relevant product and service offerings within a centralized COVID-19 webpage.
The Customer and Market Insights Specialist is part of the Customer Digital Transformation organization.
**Your Role**:
- Responsible for map and understand the Customer Journey for our Life Science business in Latin America.
- Understand the external and Internal landscape in a constantly way to digitalize as much as possible the Customer Path to Purchase Journey.
- Implement means to constantly measure the Customer success in the Journey.
- Listen, analyze, and interpret Voice of the Customer data and map market trends.
- Understand the local insights from Customers, competitors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the effort of defining, mapping, and developing new data about customers
- Use statistical analysis to identify trends and develop correlations between multiple sources of business data
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Customer and Market Insights relevant experience.
- Experience mapping Customer Journey and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills in using data to make recommendations.
- Experience using Agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Experience on develop, express, test, and prove - or refute - hypotheses suggested by Global's survey and business data.
- Solid and relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
**Who You Are**:
- Graduate Degree in Marketing, Administration, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in Digital Transformation and Business Development projects.
- Business Fluent English skills
- Advanced Spanish is a plus (Intermediary Spanish could be accepted)
- Experience in research tools such as Medallia, Survey Monkey.
- Experience with market intelligence studies (differential);
- Curious thinkers with drive to make changes in large organization.
