The _Business Development Manager_ role is a sales position focused primarily on bringing in new clients, with some responsibilities in account development within existing clients as well. We are looking for fun, charismatic, highly energetic, business-minded people with a strong desire to sell and meet client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for personal development and learning opportunities while working within an international business team.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering sales results and generating new revenue through effective business development tasks of new accounts.
- Having a key focus on new clients
- Leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Professionally representing the company and brand in the Latam market
- Documenting all customer and sales activities in CRM database
- Staying updated on industry trends and current activities of customers and competitors
- Attending trade shows and conferences to develop new business and new contacts
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales, marketing or customer service experience
- Prefer B2B sales experience (food and beverage industry experience is a plus)
- Good knowledge of F&B markets in Brazil, understanding the needs of different departments and looking for ways to support customers’ strategic decisions and innovation
- Basic understanding of how consumer & market insight data is used in business decision making
- Proactivity and curiosity to search for new businesses, projects and potential partnerships
- Resourcefulness in different levels of negotiation.
- Availability to travel and visit clients
- Advanced/native English
- Advanced Spanish is a plus
