Overview Employer Industry: Health Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Salary potential up to $384,000 annually, plus company fleet/car Generous benefits package including PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, and education reimbursement Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading health technology company Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment Chance to make a meaningful impact on healthcare accessibility and quality What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Drive the growth of the CT business nationally to secure profitable market share Lead a team of CT Specialists with clear expectations, regular communication, and accountability Develop strategies to uncover customer needs and grow CT business, including individual and multi-system deals Establish partnerships and compliance agreements with customers, focusing on fleet planning and replacement plans Manage RFP alignment for bundle deals in alignment with pricing and value-add strategies What is Required (Qualifications) A minimum of 5 years of experience in the CT industry with experience leading a sales team Proven sales experience within the Medical Device, technology, or Radiology industry Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impactful presentation skills, and proven negotiation skills Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this sales position How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working in a multi-channel environment Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities Demonstrated track record of successful sales leadership and team development #HealthTechnology #SalesLeadership #CareerOpportunity #CompetitiveCompensation #HealthcareInnovation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
