We are seeking a Presales Operations Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for non-commercial tickets in presales, ensuring RFIs and presentations are responded to with high content quality. This role combines operational excellence with content creation, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to deliver exceptional presales support. Apply now to become part of a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive Responsibilities Handle the complete vendor onboarding process for new vendors, including managing registrations across client platforms while ensuring compliance and timely completion. Own the coordination and submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) by working with subject matter experts to gather content, ensure accuracy, and meet submission deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success cases tailored to support presales activities. Capture key performance metrics and assist in building reports to support presales operations. Track pre-sales ticket activities, manage RFx submissions and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of responses and resolving any blockers to meet deadlines. Qualifications 3+ years of most recent experience in sales operations, presales support, or business operations. 3+ years in IT industry/consulting (most recent). Experience with operational processes, ticket tracking, stakeholder follow-ups across departments, RFI and vendor onboarding processes. Skills in metrics and reporting. Experience in content creation, presentations, and sales collaterals. Familiarity with vendor onboardings, vendor registrations, and questionnaires. Experience in IT Outsourcing companies. Bachelor\'s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration. Advanced level of English. Benefits 100% remote work (from anywhere).
