Overview

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the implementation of strategic projects for our operations in Brazil. In this role, you will be accountable for designing and implementing high-impact projects and helping to enhance problem-solving skills within the team. This role suits professionals with strong problem-solving skills who want to tackle high-impact projects to improve patient experience, scale our operations, expand categories, and ensure financial sustainability. If you like to dive into cross-company problems and implement solutions with our teams, this role is for you

What you\'ll do
  • Solve problems: Collaborate with colleagues from several teams to identify and address operational challenges, with a focus on designing, implementing, and scaling processes
  • Drive operational excellence: Guarantee quality of our operations through supply chain, patient experience and financial management best practices
  • Expand our business: Work with Category, Product and Tech teams (among others) to design and implement operational processes to enable the launch of new business categories
  • Build and innovate: Develop and experiment with new approaches, utilising data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise solutions
  • Learn and iterate: Assess both operational and financial implications of initiatives, leveraging insights to iterate and improve strategies over time
