Our client is an esteemed business data and analytics provider, serving as a key player in the Latin American and Caribbean region.**In this leadership role, you will**:Work closely with our head of product to develop product strategies that have a massive impact with a high bar for quality and fast, frequent releases;Work with your team to implement and improve REST APIs, transform mockups/prototypes from design to code, and create reusable, modular React components;Design a frontend component system that accommodates the unique needs of multiple markets;Collaborate closely with our designers and product team to ensure outstanding UX/UI;Ensure high test coverage to ensure code stability and maintainability;**Qualifications**:Minimum of 3 years experience working with Node.js;Minimum of 2 years experience working with React;Minimum of 8 years of development experience;Advanced level of proficiency in English.Proven leadership experience in building and managing engineering teamsProven experience in fostering a positive engineering culture and driving innovationBonus PointsExperience with Nest.js on the backend;Experience with TypeORM (or another ORM);Experience working with Next.js on the frontend;Passion for creating exceptional UX/UI;Experience with Python development;Experience with cloud-native technologies and how best to leverage; infrastructure as code to build great products.
