Advertiser Experience, Engagement Program Manager

Ensuring that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content is a core value at Tik Tok. The Global Monetization Integrity (MI) team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform.
As an Advertiser Experience Program Manager in our Monetization Integrity team, you will lead the proactive engagement with local Sales teams on all integrity issues, and work with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Operations, Training, Product and Process to identify, quantify and deliver solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, in particular our Sales function to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solving ongoing operational problems at scale
- Build strong, strategic relationships with Leaders across the Sales and Monetization Integrity departments at TikTok
- Improve operational metrics through education initiatives and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends and the impact of changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively communicate our broader policy approach to internal and external audiences, representing specific policy areas as required
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
- Leverage data-informed insights to drive new products and initiatives
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
- Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes and improve team efficiency
- Manage, coordinate, and/or support policy enforcement projects as needed
- Consult and coach sales teams & advertisers to achieve greater results on TikTok platforms
**Requirements**:
- English and Portuguese fluency
- Proven experience and background in a Program or project management role, within an Operations or Analytics space.
- Demonstrate considerable experience initiating and driving projects to completion with autonomy
- Innovative and process-oriented, experienced taking lead on issues with a data-driven pragmatic approach
- Previous experience in Trust and Safety or Advertiser Integrity environments for internet platforms
- Experience communicating results of analyses with senior stakeholders of multiple XFN teams to influence the strategy and approach
- Experience ramping up programs from concept and formulating frameworks
- Experience working collaboratively in a global, diverse team and environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and experience working in fast-paced environments with a passion to innovate.
