We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Growth Marketing team. As part of the Marketing department, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading growth strategies and strategic customer acquisition, optimizing conversion journeys, and exploring new acquisition channels to boost Azion's impact in the global market.

Your Impact
  • Define and execute Growth strategies focused on sales-led acquisition of strategic customers in the market;
  • Create and optimize conversion journeys for migrating workloads and applications to the Azion platform;
  • Operate and optimize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights;
  • Measure and report KPIs related to MQLs, SQLs, conversion, pipeline generated, and campaign ROI;
  • Develop and test playbooks for lead nurturing, conversion, and reactivation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in Inbound Marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology;
  • Hands-on experience in growth hacking, with a track record of creating hypotheses, testing, measuring, and continuous learning;
  • Hands-on execution capability, from creation to data analysis;
  • Optimize multichannel campaigns (blog, webinars, email, social media, and SEO) to generate and nurture MQLs and accelerate conversion into qualified opportunities;
  • Identify, implement, and leverage new technological tools, including the use of AI for acquisition experiments and funnel optimization;
  • Propose, execute, and monitor data-driven growth experiments to optimize each stage of the funnel and identify what generates the most value for the pipeline;
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and partner teams to align strategies, calibrate qualified leads, and ensure continuous feedback;
  • Document learnings and create replicable playbooks to increase team efficiency.

  • Proficiency in automation, CRM, analytics, and media tools (HubSpot, Looker, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.);
  • Ability to align with multiple stakeholders, especially with sales, product, and marketing teams;
  • Excellent writing and briefing production skills;
  • Advanced English for reading and communication;
  • Experience with performance channels and paid media.

FlexWork Model
