Main responsibilitiesComo será seu dia a dia nesta turnê?
O Gerente de Business Operations participa de reuniões com áreas de Marketing, Vendas e Customer Experience, atuando como um "orquestrador" entre objetivos do negócio e ações. Organiza o backlog, apoia na viabilização do Plano Estratégico, acompanha indicadores, gera insights, recomenda melhorias, gerencia projetos estratégicos, implementa processos e rotinas, além de desenvolver equipes.
- Apoiar a viabilização do Plano Estratégico, alcançando resultados financeiros por meio de indicadores, insights e melhorias contínuas.
- Assegurar o planejamento e entrega de inteligência de dados, com dashboards e análises rápidas.
- Acompanhar resultados, propondo análises e recomendações.
- Participar do planejamento de vendas, apoiando metas e desdobramentos.
- Monitorar o plano de dimensionamento das áreas.
- Gerenciar projetos estratégicos, priorizando impacto.
- Implementar novos processos e rotinas.
- Desenvolver equipes de vendas e experiência do cliente.
- Alinhar e engajar a área de Business Operations, promovendo gestão de pessoas.
Para fazer esse show acontecer, precisamos que você domine esses acordes:
- Experiência em Operations em SaaS (preferencialmente Enterprise)
- Experiência com times de Marketing, Vendas e/ou Customer Experience
- Experiência em liderança de equipes
- Foco em resultados, solução de problemas, orquestração e relacionamento cross-área
- Comunicação assertiva, pensamento crítico, organização, delegar e negociar
Desejáveis:
- Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets avançado
- Conhecimento em metodologias como PDCA, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile
- Espanhol e Inglês avançados
