We're seeking a visionary Product Growth leader to spearhead our Education vertical and champion a mission that matters: helping students learn more effectively through personalized instruction. This isn't about incremental improvements—it's about fundamentally reimagining how education works. As our Head of Product Growth, you'll own strategic outcomes rather than processes. You'll craft the definitive "Brain Lift" strategy that unifies our educational ecosystem and guides our portfolio roadmap. Working as a player‑coach, you'll lead a talented team of Product Owners while remaining deeply involved in critical strategic work. Traditional education fails too many students with its one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Our vision combines learning science with AI to create truly personalized learning experiences that drive measurable impact. Your success will be defined by one clear metric: demonstrable proof that your strategy improved student learning outcomes. This role demands exceptional analytical thinking, first‑principles reasoning, and relentless focus on results. You'll collaborate directly with founders to steer the entire vertical toward transformative impact. What You Will Be Doing Master the Education Domain: Create and continuously refine the "Education Domain BrainLift"—a comprehensive strategic framework that synthesizes team insights and market intelligence into a unified vision guiding all product decisions across the vertical. Craft Strategic Portfolio Direction: Transform your Domain BrainLift into a dynamic, outcome‑focused roadmap that orchestrates our entire product ecosystem. You'll establish the strategic sequencing that builds compounding value and provides the crucial "why" behind your team's execution priorities. Lead Through Action and Mentorship: Set the standard by personally driving critical OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) loops on key outcomes, while simultaneously elevating your team through thoughtful review of their work and integration of their insights into the broader portfolio strategy. What You Won’t Be Doing Pure People Management: This isn't primarily about managing headcount, budgets, or processes—it's about driving strategic direction and exemplary execution for the entire vertical. Implementing Pre-Defined Strategy: You won't be executing someone else's vision. Instead, you'll author the comprehensive strategy yourself, building it from first principles and incorporating ground-level insights. Managing Static Roadmaps: Your portfolio roadmap will evolve continuously based on weekly learnings and iterations from both your team and your direct work, requiring agile strategic thinking. Running a Feature Factory: Success isn't measured by feature quantity but by achieving strategic outcomes through cross-product synergy and integration. Basic Requirements 6+ years in product leadership with demonstrated ownership of product vision and core problem‑solution hypotheses Track record of successfully launching at least one complete product (not just features) from inception to market, reaching actual users and generating minimum $1M in revenue Demonstrated proficiency integrating AI tools into your professional workflow (analysis, research, strategic synthesis, etc.) About LearnWith.AI LearnWith.AI is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning. Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
