IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Quickly assimilate business area processes and workflows.

• Gather requirements, design functional solutions, conduct testing, and support business process improvements.

• Provide technical support for minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports and data extraction.

• Understand how IT impacts an organization and connect it to redesigned business processes.

• Independently support user requests using standard tools.

• Understand how IT solutions are deployed across different areas to solve business challenges.

• Demonstrate flexibility, quick learning ability, and build effective working relationships with a diverse team of functional, technical, and business partners.

• Support software delivery through interactions with product managers, development of technical specifications, and business case preparation.

• Assist in test plan development and change management activities as needed.

• Lead and deliver small-scale projects independently using project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT.

• Strong systems and process orientation.

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Knowledge and experience with SDLC methodologies.

• Experience in Project Management (Waterfall, Agile), with a track record of participation in IT project teams.
